CCW Refresher Course: This course is taught by Verified Instructors and meets the new state requirements under the law C.R.S. 18-12-202.5. It qualifies you to renew your Colorado Concealed Handgun Permit in your county of residence. It includes a certificate of completion. Live range shooting is included and required to complete this course. Please note that students will be drawing from the holster. The course of fire is designed for those students that are comfortable with safe gun handling and shooting fundamentals. If you are not confident with your fundamentals we recommend scheduling an private lesson prior to the class or taking the USCCA CCW 2-Hour Refresher Course. The class requires students to demonstrate safety and competence with a handgun. It includes instruction on changes to federal and state laws pertaining to the lawful purchase, ownership, transportation, use, and possession of firearms, including instruction on extreme risk protection orders. It will educate you on state law pertaining to the use of deadly force for self-defense. Have a group interested? Special, private class times can be arranged.
