Introductory Shotgun Clinics
Interested in learning about shot gun shooting? This clinic is taught by Mark Taylor, a NRA Certified Advance International Shotgun Coach and Assistant National Shotgun Coach for USA Shooting. This hands-on clinic is designed to introduce men and women who have no shooting experience with the shotgun disciplines (trap, skeet & sporting clays) with proper instruction in a classroom and range setting. The clinic is focused on learning rules and safety, practical handling and shooting skills and range procedures and etiquette.
Time: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Class Dates: April 26, May 31, June 28, July 26, August 30, September 27, October 25
Cost: $100.00
The fee includes targets. Ammunition (50 rounds) and shotgun must be supplied by participant. Rental shotguns are available for $25.00. Eye and ear protection will be provided if the participant does not have their own.

Step One: Fish at Barr Lake State Park
6:00 am Registration and Boat Inspection
7:00 am – 11:00 am Fishing Event
Step Two: Head to Colorado Clays
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm Steak lunch will be served
1:00 Shooting Event followed by awards and prizes

2 Person Teams
Each team will shoot 100 Sporting Clays (50 targets per person)
Fishing can be from shore or boat
Game fish only
Must have valid Colorado Fishing License and Parks Pass
Team Scoring: 1 point per inch fish, 1 point per broken target
Lewis Class Scoring, 3 classes, 3 places each class
Cost: $100 per team ($50 per person) Includes awards, lunch and targets
